Terms & Conditions
1. Lessons

All lessons are 30-minute one-on-one sessions conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom.
Lesson content is tailored to each student’s level, goals, and learning pace.

2. Payment

Lesson fees must be paid in advance according to the selected lesson package.
Lessons are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and will be considered as completed lessons.

4. Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Lesson time cannot be extended due to late arrival.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once payment has been made.
If a lesson cannot be conducted due to the tutor’s circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Lesson Materials

All lesson materials, including documents and resources provided by the tutor, are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as necessary.
Any changes will be effective upon being posted on this website.
